Nokia: Brand Management Clarity and impact for Nokia's B2B messaging

  • FITCH is brand guardian for Nokia's B2B category, Achieve, which markets their Eseries handsets and services. This work involves establishing both the brand communication toolkits and guidelines for Achieve, and also working extensively with Nokia on its retail activation strategy and design.

  • Challenge

  • Nokia needed a brand toolkit and framework that would unite the internal teams that are responsible for marketing Eseries handsets globally, providing clarity, consistency and impact to the overall brand message. To achieve this, we analysed every aspect of how the brand needed to communicate across all its channels and regions, and developed the identity elements and standards accordingly. A central aim was to make the category’s core manifesto of “Work Together. Smarter.” relevant, enabling and inspiring to a diverse range of internal audiences and external partner agencies.

  • Solution

  • FITCH developed a suite of brand assets for Nokia Eseries that helped communicate a unique positioning for their business offer, delivered via a set of dynamic and inspirational brand management tools. Our central project team held workshops for Nokia teams globally to ensure end users fully understood how to use the brand language, and this was supported by a number of printed and digital internal communications pieces that captured the essence of the Achieve category.
